A reader (and new friend) recently emailed me with a question about men and women living together before they are married. I thought it was an interesting topic, so I thought I'd post our converstation here.Question: Do you know how hard they enforce the laws about co-habitation, my fiancee has told me that he could go to jail for that I am a freaking out about it. He is well established and I noticed when I was there that he is well liked in his community and very much respected, I don't want... Read more

Today I'm packing up the blog and moving to the Wordpress blog neighborhood. Due to some issues with Blogger, I think Wordpress is going to offer me more of what I need to really make this blog as great as it can be. I hope this doesn't cause a terrible inconvenience for all my faithful readers & subscribers, but the new website is almost exactly the same: http://760days.wordpress.com. Of course, it may take a day or two to pack up all the posts and comments, move them to the new place and... Read more

There are a few places in Rabat, Casablanca, and other major cities where books in English are sold. Most book stores that carry English books are either for learning the language or the very old classics, which are worthy of reading. But, when you want a good ol' American novel, the classics just won't do. Some of the English language centers... Read more
